Place
your order from our secure website and receive FREE Shipping (a
$5.50 value) on all orders of $60.00 or more. This offer
applies to orders within the continental U.S. only! Outside this area
(ex. AK, HI, PR), Express Shipping are slightly
higher. Please call out toll free number to find out if additional
shipping charges apply. Phone orders require a shipping charge.
Shipping Info:
We ship DHL which comes to your local post office and they distribute packages to your door so we either need a PO box or physical address where you can receive U.S mail. If the post office does not come to your home and you do not have a P.O. box, please call Customer Service to arrange shipment 1-866-355-2991. AK, PR and HI are outside the normal postage areas and you will need to call customer service for a shipping quote.
Express Delivery:
If you would like a faster delivery, we also offer UPS 3 Day - $15.00, 2nd Day Air - $25.00, and
Next Day Air - $45.00. Outside the continental US and packages over 10 lbs will be assessed by Customer Service on a package by package basis. Please call 1-866-355-2991 for a quote.
Security:
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology on our server in order
to protect your personal information from being intercepted as it passes
through the internet. All sensitive information is encrypted to keep
it confidential. You can tell if your session is secure by looking for
a lock at the bottom right corner of your browser.
Adding an item:
Browse by Category or use the Keyword Search feature until you find a
product you would like to order. After each product description there
will be an "Add to Cart" button. Put the number desired
in the quantity box then press the "Add to Cart" button.
It will automatically add up your order including sales tax if applicable.
If you would like more information about that product, simple click on
the product name. Each time you add an item to your order, you will shown
the contents of your cart or to view your shopping cart from anywhere
on our site, click the "View Cart" button.
Changing Order:
To remove items, simply type a (0) in the quantity box then click the
"Recalculate" button. If there is only one item in your cart
you can click on the "Empty Cart" button.
Check Out:
After you select your payment type, press the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page. Check the "Use Separte Shipping
Address" box if you would like it shipped to your office or someone
else. Fill out the forms with your billing, shipping and credit card information.
If you are a registered member, it will remember your ordering information
which will speed up the ordering process. Please supply all information
requested. Include your phone number in case of questions regarding your
order. Phone numbers are kept confidential. Once all your information
is correct, click the "Proceed" button and you will receive
your receipt.
Sales Tax:
We only charge sales tax on products that are being shipped to Arizona
(8.9%).

Accepted:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for orders
faxed, E-Mailed from our website or placed over the telephone. Orders
sent through the mail can be paid for by check, money order or credit
card. Orders payable in U.S. funds only.

someone who is knowledgeable and cares about you and your health. Please
call us anytime. We will do our best to help you any way we can. While
we are not physicians and cannot dispense medical advice, our highly trained
staff can answer most of your product related questions. If we do not
have the answer, we will do our level best to find it.
Backorders:
We do our best to ship your order complete, but occasionally items are
not available for immediate delivery. In this case, your credit card will
be charged only for the products that are shipped. We will ship the remainder
of your order as soon as it arrives in stock. You will not be charged
additional shipping on the backordered product.
Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you receive from
us. If for any reason you are not, simply return the unused portion within
30-days and we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase price, less shipping
and handling.
