looked at disease prevention. The human body requires fat. Sounds bad, doesn’t it? In America all
we hear is how we should avoid fat that it is bad for you. What “the experts” neglect to tell you is
that the body REQUIRES essential fats and cannot make them. Therefore, we MUST get them from
our diet. The problem is most foods have the GOOD fats processed out of them. But there’s more.
